It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to add an agenda item 6e regarding the Congestion Management Agency Corridor Management Project List. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Mr. Pico indicated he was not feeling well and may be leaving shortly. The most important thing regarding the CMA item is that there are $12 million for Corridor Management funding. Council is being asked to identify two projects for Area 4 to be pan of the $12 million funding. One of the items is $1.5 million for a third ACE train. He felt that was the only source of money for that third train. He strongly urged support of that project. Mayor Tarver requested pulling Item 4d off the Consent Calendar for discussion. Mr. Roush suggested that if Item 4d is pulled, then Items 4e through 4i should also come off the Consent Calendar because they are all related. 4. CONSENTCALENDAR It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: Introduce Ordinance No. 1796, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, modifying Ordinance 1428 and Pleasanton Municipal Code Section 13.08.110 regarding use of vehicles on City Parks. (SR 99:302) Introduce and adopt on an urgency basis Ordinance No. 1797, revising the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 11.44, Removal of Abandoned Vehicles from Private Property. (SR 99:313) Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 99:49) No action was required or taken on this item.
