(SR 99:339) <br /> <br />Approve Amendments to Contracts for Various Golf Course Consultants. (SR <br />99:345) <br /> <br />Jack Hovingh, expressed concern about the cost of the golf course. He wanted an <br />audit of the golf course expenses for public information. He also believed this <br />project should be on the ballot. <br /> <br />Ms. Acosta explained that most of the expenses incurred for the golf course have <br />not been for the golf course construction, but for various consultants and for the <br />environmental permit processes. She would be happy to provide the information <br />to Mr. Hovingh.. <br /> <br />Mr. Hovingh appreciated the good work of staff. He felt growth should pay for <br />itself and believed there would be additional growth once the Happy Valley area <br />is annexed. He disagreed with giving the residents sewer and water infrastructure <br />at no cost. <br /> <br />Accept public improvements for Muirwood Park pathway replacement, authorize <br />final payment to White Oak Landscape, Inc. in the amount of $2,833.50; <br />authorize note of completion. (SR 99:343) <br /> <br />Authorize the Request for Proposal method to purchase the budgeted fire ladder <br />truck for the Livermore Pleasanton Fire Department. (SR 99:353) <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 1799, approving the application of Ted Mavridis for <br />rezoning 357 Ray Street, as filed under Case RZ-99-04. <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 1800, approving the application of Gary Monzo for a major <br />modification to an approved PUD development plan, as filed under Case <br />PUD-85-15-11M. <br /> <br />Approve the proposed FY 1999/00 Park Renovation Fund Projects. (SR 99:335) <br /> <br />Approve participation in amicus curiae brief concerning municipal liability for <br />criminal assaults that occur on public property. (SR 99:337) <br /> <br />Approve participation in amicus curiae brief conceming whether a publicly <br />maintained boat ramp qualifies for governmental immunity.
