Mavor Tarver indicated the Vineyard Corridor Infrastructure item would be heard <br />as Item 6c and the Outreach Program regarding the San Francisco property will remain at <br />the end of the agenda. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that the following <br />actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />a. Approve City Council Minutes for 10/19/99 and 10/26/99. <br /> <br />b, <br /> <br />Approve plans and specifications; review of bids and award of contract for <br />Augustin Bemal Park and Kottinger Park landslide mitigation to Hillside Drilling, <br />Inc.; appropriate $226,769.40 from the General Fund to allow for the construction <br />of this project and payment of consultant fees; and authorize the City Manager to <br />emer into the above contract for Project No. 987046. (SR 99:325) <br /> <br />Approve Consultant Agreement with Tanaka Design Group to provide landscape <br />architectural services for Val Vista Park master plan, Project No. 997039; transfer <br />$30,400 from the Val Vista Community Park Expansion Fund to overcome the <br />budget shortfall; and authorize the City Manager to execute the subject contract. <br />(SR 99:328) <br /> <br />d, <br /> <br />Accept public improvements consisting of coating, lining, and installation of <br />cathodic protection - Tank 510, Project No. 971018; authorize the City Clerk to <br />file a Notice of Completion; authorize final payment to Blair & Sons, Inc. in the <br />amount of $855.00; and authorize payment of the retention in the amount of <br />$6.355.90 to Blair & Sons, Inc. thirty days after filing the Notice of Completion. <br />(SR 99:322) <br /> <br />e.
