CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 9. 1999 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tarver at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br /> Cub Scout Den 4, Pack 934, from Mohr Elementary School, led the assembly in <br />the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala acknowledged Boy Scout Troop 945, which was present to observe the <br />Council meeting for a Communications and Citizenship Badge. She referred to the fact <br />that the election is over and people can get back to their normal lives. She was looking <br />forward to the year 2000 and exciting things for Pleasanton. She reminded everyone that <br />there will be no Council meeting until December 7 and wished everyone a wonderful <br />Thanksgiving. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, Thomas P. <br />Pico, Jr., and Mayor Ben Tarver. Staff members present were Deborah Acosta, City <br />Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney, Bfian W. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Randall A. Lum, Director of Public Works; Stewart Gary, Fire <br />Chief; and Scott Deaver, Assistant Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Item 6c, Preannexation Agreement with Spotomo, was continued to 12/7/99. <br /> <br /> Item 6e, Vineyard Corridor Infrastructure Financing Plan, was added by <br />addendum. <br /> <br /> Item 6f, Discussion of Outreach Program for public use of the San Francisco <br />Bernal Avenue property, was added by addendum. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 1 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />11/09/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
