(IR 99:50) No <br />action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 1796, amending the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Section <br />13.08.110, to permit motor vehicles on park facilities with authorization from the <br />Director of Parks and Community Services. <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 1798, approving the application of SummerHill Homes <br />(Nolan Farms) for PUD development plan approval, as filed under Case <br />PUD9905. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked the developer of SummerHill Homes what the construction <br />cost per square foot was for his development. <br /> <br />Craig Champion replied the estimate was $60 to $70 per square foot. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver had thought that a 1200 square foot house would cost about $100 <br />per square foot plus the City fees.
