Mr. Hirst stated that he has secured approval of the agreement re- <br />garding a City service charge on race track administration from the County <br />Counsel's Office. <br /> It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Spiliotopoulos <br />that Resolution No. 69-65, authorizing the City officers to execute the agreement <br />with the Alameda County Agricultural Fair Association regarding a City service <br />charge on race track admissions, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYF9: Councilmen Beratlis, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Gerton <br />MO~S: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Rega <br /> <br />Mr. Hirst reviewed his report concerning the changing of the City Council <br />meeting place to the new Justice Court Building. Mr. Hirst explained that the <br />fixing of the time and place for meetings would require an emergency ordinance <br />~,ich will be effective immediately and that a resolution would be necessary to <br />change the meeting place of the various City Commissions. <br />It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman Beratlis <br />that Ordinance No. 553, fixing the location of the City Council Meetings ~t the <br />Pleasanton Justice Court at 30 W. Service,...~o Plea.~anton Garba~.~ <br />S_le.rvice Inc. <br /> Mr. Fales read Mr. Amaral's letter, dated March 25, 1969, which stated that <br />~r.
