Mr. Fales stated that he had forwarded the VCEOO Minutes of their March 5, 1969~ meeting to the Councilmen. REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY ~ropOse4 Agreement with Alameda County Fair Board of Directors Re: City Service ~ha~ge on...Race Track Admissions Mr. Hirst reviewed the proposed agreement with the Alameda County Fair Board of Directors. Mr. Hirst stated that he has secured approval of the agreement re- garding a City service charge on race track administration from the County Counsel's Office. It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Spiliotopoulos that Resolution No. 69-65, authorizing the City officers to execute the agreement with the Alameda County Agricultural Fair Association regarding a City service charge on race track admissions, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYF9: Councilmen Beratlis, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Gerton MO~S: None ABSENT: Councilman Rega Mr. Hirst reviewed his report concerning the changing of the City Council meeting place to the new Justice Court Building. Mr. Hirst explained that the fixing of the time and place for meetings would require an emergency ordinance ~,ich will be effective immediately and that a resolution would be necessary to change the meeting place of the various City Commissions. It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that Ordinance No. 553, fixing the location of the City Council Meetings ~t the Pleasanton Justice Court at 30 W. Angela Street, Pleasanton, be introduced and adopte~ as an Emergency Ordinance, effective immediately. Mr. Fales read Mr. Amaral's letter, dated March 25, 1969, which stated that ~r.
