<br />f. Mr. Campbell, in answer to Councilman Reid's questions regarding Assessment
<br />g. District No. 69-1. stated that there were no subsequent changes in the revised
<br />h. plans and specifications for the improvements in this tract. Mr. Richard
<br />Braden, MacKay and Somps, reported that the changes involved the procedures
<br />in the constructions, and additional landscaping. He also stated that the
<br />revised plans included fill dirt being added which would not scar the hillside
<br />as much as the original plans and that the 20% grade of the street would in-
<br />clude turn-out areas.
<br />After some discussion, it was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded
<br />by Councilman Reid that Resoluti.on No. 69-253. approving the Revised Plans
<br />and Specifications for Assessment District No. 69-1, Longview, be approved.
