13;.9 <br /> <br /> AGENDAAMENDMENTS CONTINUEp <br /> Item 4e, regarding the approval of the Final Subdivision Map for Tract No. <br />2837, was discussed. <br /> Councilman Rega reiterated his statement made at the meeting of July 28th, <br />1969, by indicating that he was still not satisfied that this type of development <br />was compatible with neighboring developments and also these homes would not be <br />available to the $6,000 to $9,000 per year income group. <br /> Councilman Reid concurred with Councilman Rega's remarks. <br /> It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman Betaills <br />that Resolution No. 69-185, approving the Final Subdivision Map and Improvement <br />Plans in Tract No. 2837, Garden Court Homes, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Betaills, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Getton <br />NOES: Councilmen Rega and Reid <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Councilman Beratlis stated that he had reviewed the sub-lease agreement re- <br />garding the City owned property at 4895 First Street, Pleasanton, and found it in <br />order. <br /> It was moved by Councilman Betaills and seconded by Councilman Rega that the <br />sub-lease, dated August 3, 1969, between Donald Carroll and Voctor Lund, Jr., sub- <br />lessors, and B.
