Johnston, Chief of Real Property Division, General Services AdministratioTn, <br /> regarding parcels south of Highway 580, within the City of Pleasanton, that are <br /> being considered for exchage with property owned by the Santa Anita Development <br /> Company in Pasadena, In his letter, Mr. Johnston stated that should this exchange <br /> not materialize, the City of Pleasanton will be notified of this fact and also of <br /> the procedure on acquiring surplus government real property. Mr. Fales indicated <br /> that Mr. Johnston had made no reference to the Council's invitation to be present <br /> ~t a City Council meeting for the purpose of discussing this matter in detail. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fales stated that a reDoft from the City Attorney regarding Mobile Homes was <br /> forwarded to the Council for their information. Mr. Fales was requested to place <br /> this report on next week's agenda in case the councilmen would have any questions <br /> ::oncerning this matter. <br /> <br /> '~r.
