Lon~ for the establishment of a Special Assess- <br />ment District for Tract 289~ '(L0'Hgview) dnder Re~olutib'n N~.' 69-57~ <br /> <br />7~r, Fales reviewed the a~plication of Dr. Long for the establishment <br />of a Special Assessment District for Tract No. 2892 a~d stated that <br />this application is for an amount a~proximately one half of the amount <br />that was granted under Resolution ~o. 69-57 ~hich never materialized <br />because of the high bids for the construction of the improvements. <br /> <br />After considerable discussion, it was moved by Councilman Getton and <br />seconded by Councilman Beratlis that the following resolutions be <br />approved: <br /> <br /> 1. Resolution No. 70-126~Approving the Boundary Map for Tract <br /> ~',Tc,, 2892. <br /> <br /> 2. ResoIution No. 70-127, a resolution of Preliminary determir:a- <br /> tion. <br /> <br /> 3- Resolution No. 70-128, Authorizing Agreement with MacKay an'~ <br /> Somps, the Engineer of Work. <br /> <br /> 4. Resolution ~fo. 70-129, Authorizing Agreement with Sturgis, et <br /> al, the Bond Consel~ <br /> <br /> 5. Resolution No. 70-130, A Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br /> 6.
