Nr. Corley elaborated on each of the above suggestions and answered a n~ber of questions posed by the Council. Presentation by Hr, De;~itt C. I4flson ~: ~r~emen.t of Centu~ Par~ Hr, Fales read a letter from ~, DeWfit ~ilson, dated Hay 15, 1970, in ~h~ch he explained ~e condition of the Blacow House and Century Park, Hr. Falc~ announced ~haC a check for 510,000.00 fr~ Hr. ;~ilson and Hr. Co~tr. nzo, ~h t3 to be' u~ed on the tmpr~ement of ~e house, ~as enclosed ~fth his letter. Councilman Spfliotopoulos stated that because this ~as a sizeable donation " for one of the 8~ller developers to make and also ~at Hessrs. Costanzo and ~ilson were strong supporters of Teen Enterprises, he felt ~e Ci~ Council should take fo~l action expressing ~eir gratitude to these developers. Discussion ensued regarding the possibility of using ~e money on Century Park should the Blacow House be beyond repair. Mr. Fales stated that he would clarify this with Hr. Wilson.
