Mr. Frost admitted the mistake his contractors had <br /> made in laying out the foundation but claimed with proper landscape <br /> screening, the privacy of Mr. Fahy would not be invaded. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fahy stated that he called the contractors attention to the fact that <br /> the forms were placed too close to his property line, before construction <br /> had commenced. Mr. Fahy also stated that he advised the City of this <br /> infraction. <br /> <br /> Councilman Spiliotopoulso suggested that Mr. Fahy and the developer be <br /> given two weeks to work out a compromise and then report the results to <br /> the City Council. <br /> <br /> Mayor Reid stated that this matter would be continued in two weeks in <br /> order to allow Mr. Frost and Mr. Fahy sufficient time to work out a <br /> reasonable solution to this problem. <br /> <br /> MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br /> Resolution Approving Application for a Preliminary.Loan for Lwo-Rent <br /> Public Housing <br /> <br /> Mayor Reid requested that this matter be discussed at the meeting of <br /> October 5, 1970. <br /> <br /> 5. 9-21-70 <br /> <br /> <br />
