That the granting of this variance would set a precedent for all <br /> other developers regarding recverting of garages at the time the <br /> model is sold orreleased forloccupancy. <br /> <br />Mr. Castro stated that he concurred with the recommendations of the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Ray Galli, Co-owner of Galli Homes, Incorporated, stated his reasons <br />for feeling that the denial of his application for a variance was extremely <br />unfair. <br /> <br />Councilman Spiliotopoulosasked Mr. Castro whether the modifications were <br />appropriate from an esthetics point of view and Mr. Castro replied that <br />they were adequate, but the modification is a definite deviation from <br />the design of the tract. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding whether approval of this variance would create <br />a preceden~ for Other developerS.
