Mr. Castro stated that <br />the Planning Commission recommended denial of the subject appeal for the <br />following reasons: <br /> <br /> 1. That the applicant was aware of the condition of approval of the <br /> model home sales complex requiring that garages be restored to <br /> garage use at the time the model is sold or released for accupancy. <br /> <br /> 2.
