Mayor Reid adjourned the Executive Session at 8:20 P.M. CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO FLAG - Mayor Reid called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 8:25 P.M. and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag. ROLL CALL City Clerk Helen McCarty called'the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton~'Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid were present. Councilman Pearson'was absent'~-Mr~ Fales, City'Manager, Mr, Edgar, Assist- ant City Manager, Mr. Hirst, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works andIMr: Castro, Director of Planning, were present. AGENDA AMENDMENTS '- Mr. Fales requested that itemI-"g'', regarding the matter of the Director of Public Works being directedto make and file-an amended assessment in connection with the West Pleasanton Sewer District No. 67-1, be removed from the ConsentCalendar. CONSENT CALENDAR ......... It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded'by Councilman Beratlis that the following items listed on'the Consent Calendar, be approved. a. Waiving the reading of Ordinance No. 608, amending the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to add Section 2-7.20, Subsection 3a, Light Industrial District' and to Section 2-7.21, Subsection 3a, Light Industrial District, and to also amend Section2-7.22 to include the Light Industrial District to Article 9, Chapter 2 of Title II. b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 608. c. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-187, Accepting the PuT~lic Improvements in Tract No. 2855, Willow West Estates. d. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-188, Accepting the Valley Trails Park, Phase I. 1
