MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />Waive the rea. din.g. of Ordinance 5]0. 625, rezoning from the r~.I-4000 <br />Multiple District to the Public and Institutional Dist~'lCt that <br />propert. y described as a portion of Parcel 25, Assessor' s Map Book 99, <br />Page 19 ,. containing 1.63 acres. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman <br />Gerton that the reading of Ordinance No. 625, rezoning from the RM- <br />4000 to the Public and Institutional District, that property described <br />as a portion of Parcel 25, Assessor's Map Book 99, Page 19, contain- <br />ing 1.63 acres, be waived. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and <br />NOES: None Mayor Reid <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />AdOption of Ordinance No. 625 <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Pearson <br />that Ordinance No. 625, be adopted. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilman Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson and Spiliotopoulos <br />NOES: Mayor Reid <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Further Consideration of A.B. 121 Re: Tenant Representation o.n <br />Housing Au. thorit~ Boards <br /> <br />This matter was deleted under Agenda Amendments. <br /> <br />SPECIAL .REPORTS <br /> <br />There were no special reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS'OF THE CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />Mr. Fales asked that this report be deferred to the meeting of April <br />26, 1971. <br /> <br />Report Re: Annexation No. 66, Buti-Mancini Annexation <br /> <br />Mr. Fales reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works, dated <br />April 2, 1971, which stated that the owners of a parcel containing <br />17.8 acres are requesting annexation to the City of Pleasanton. Mr. <br />Fales stated that this parcel is located southerly and westerly of <br />Pleasanton Heights on the south side of Angela Street and single <br />family homes .on Mirador Drive and bounded on the south by Pico Avenue <br />and on the west by a 12.74 acre parcel owned by Buti, et al, which <br />is already within the city limits. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded by Councilman Spilio- <br />to~oulos that Resolution No. 71-83, authorizing the City Staff to <br />file proposed Annexation No. 66, Buti-Mancini Annex, with the Local <br />Agency Formation Commission,' be adopted. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and <br />NOES: None Mayor Reid <br />ABSENT: None <br /> 5. 4-19-71 <br /> <br /> <br />
