There being no further comments from the public, it was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that the public hearing be closed. Mr. Castro reviewed the communications and other information per- taining to the appeal of Dr. Carnazzoo Mr. Corley, the attorney representing Dr. Carnazzo, stated that his client has been seeking an office in Pleasanton in which to practice medicine, but has not found a suitable location. Mr. Corley re- ported that Dr. Carnazzo has some 400 patients and if he is forced to leave his present location, he will be unable to care for these people. Mr. John Vincent, Inglewood Drive, objected to Dr. Carnazzo pract- icing from a residential dwelling because of it setting a precedence in the City. ~r.
