Mr~ Joseph Madden, 3851 Vineyard Avenue, owner of the property adjacent to <br /> =he p~oposed Pleasanton Greens site, questioned the price paid for the land to <br /> build this prGject, and suggested this be reduced as one way for reduction in <br /> she c~st o~ the project. <br /> <br /> I~ was sta~ed that Mr. Hornstein is the owner of the land in question. <br /> <br /> MayG~ Reid ~equested the information asked for by the City Manager be forth- <br /> ~oming ~ a~ which time the City Council will review and make a decision regarding <br /> th~s ma~er~ <br /> <br /> Mayo~ Reid recessed the meeting at 10:35 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Reid reconvened the meeting at 10:40 P.M. <br /> <br /> M~yor Reid declared that since it was past 10:00 P.M., Item 14 on the agenda <br /> would be heard a~ this time. <br /> <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> Mr~ ~Bert K.
