The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Reid, and Mayor Pearson <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> A~reement with Pleasanton Elementary School District <br /> It was moved by Councilman Reid, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, to auth- <br /> orize the Mayor to sign an agreement for the exchange of properties between the <br /> Pleasanton Elementary School District and the City. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Reid, and Mayor Pearson <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Lease of Certain Properties to Pleasanton Elementary School District <br /> It was moved by Councilman Reid, and seconded by Councilman Mori, to auth- <br /> orize the Mayor to sign an agreement leasing certain properties within the City <br /> to the Pleasanton Elementary School District. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Reid, and Mayor Pearson <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mr. John Quindimil, 590 Mission Drive, personally thanked the City Council <br /> on behalf of the residents of Mission Park, for their decision on this matter, <br /> and stated that he felt the cooperative efforts on everyones part had formed a <br /> tighter bond between the City and citizens. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pearson congratulated the people of Mission Park for their efforts <br /> and cooperation in this matter. <br /> <br /> SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> Bill Greene's Report on S.32~ Re: The National Science Policy and Priorities Act <br /> Mayor Pearson declared this item continued to the meeting of June 4th, to <br /> allow further study of this matter. <br /> <br /> Proposed Amendments to the Traffic Resolution No. 70-26 <br /> Mr. Campbell presented the Traffic Committee report regarding this matter, <br /> ~equesting that the following two amendments be made to Traffic Resolution No. <br /> 70-26: <br /> <br /> 1~ That Section 3, Stop Intersections be modified by the addition of <br /> "3a-3 Angela Street at Miradot Drive; stopping traffic on Mirador <br /> in both directions". <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 4, Mid-block Crosswalks, be modified by the addition of <br /> "4k-1 Kottinger Drive - Crossing Kottinger Drive at an angle point <br /> approximately 212 feet easterly from Second Street". <br /> <br /> Councilman Herlihy expressed concern regarding the line of sight at Mirador <br /> going south and using Angela going west, and requested staff to check into this. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Reid, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that <br /> Resolution Not 73-89, approving the proposed amendments to the Traffic Resolu- <br /> tion No. 70-26, as set forth in the report of the Traffic Committee dated May <br /> 16, 1973, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />....
