Mr. Campbell presented the staff report regarding this matter and displayed <br /> drawings of lamp and pole design. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor or in opposition to the formation of this <br /> Underground Utility District. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Pearson, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that the <br /> public hearing be closed. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Pearson, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, that <br /> Resolution No~ 73-39, after finding no objections to this matter, approving the <br /> formation of Underground Utility District No. 73-1 on both sides of Neal Street <br /> between Main Street and First Street, pursuant to Resolution No. 73-16 adopted <br /> 1-29-73, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Application of the Planning Commission to extend Study District D for a period of <br />60 days~ pending recommendation by LiVingston and Blay~eZ <br /> Mayor Reid declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr~ Harris presented the report regarding this matter, requesting a 60 day <br />extension of this Study Distr~Ict in Mission Park pending review and recommendation <br />by Livingston and Blayneyo <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Pearson, and seconded by Councilman Mori, that the <br />public hearing be closed~ <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Mori, and seconded by Councilman Pearson, that <br />Ordinance No. 693, approving the application of the Planning Commission to extend <br />Study District D (Mission Park) for a period of 60 days, pending recommendation <br />by Livingston and Blayney, be adopted on an emergency basis. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Application of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton to amend Sec. <br />2-5.47(f)~ Article 3, Chapte~..2.~ Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton to require screening of vehicles or appurtenances stored in required <br />sideyards and areas between required front yards and the fronts of structures <br /> Mayor Reid declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mro Harris presented the staf£ report regarding this matter, stating this <br />amendment is to eliminate an unsightly situation from the street. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Herlihy, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, that <br />the public hearing be closed. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 3/19/73 <br /> <br /> <br />
