Firemen's Con- tract had a different expiration date from the Cities of Livermore and Pleasanton. Mr. Edgar stated this is a step to expedite negotiations, determine a standard situation, and reduce delays in the discussion process. It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Mori, that Reso- lution No. 73-36, approving the Joint Powers Agreement for Labor Relations Con- solidated Bargaining, and authorizing the property City officials to execute the Agreement, be adopted. REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER Report~ Re: Consideration and Status Report on Subdivision Maps .in the City Mr. Edgar presented the staff report regarding this matter. Mr. Casuro reviewed his report regarding tentative maps which have expired as follows: Fairlands Tract 3133; Willow West Tract 3298; Oakhill Tract 3102; and Arroyo del Prado Tract 3375, and Willow West Tract 3298, which expires April 25, 1973. Mr. Campbell presented a report on Final Tract Map 3187, stating that all fees and bonds have been submitted to the City. Mrs. Helen Robinson, 1312 Vintner Way, reiterated her feelings regarding any tract map approval until after completion of the General Plan Review. Mr. David Madis, Attorney, representing H. C. Elliott, Inc., stated this development would be phased to go along with the growth rate, and urged approval of the final map. After consideration of the Environmental Impact Statement, it was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Mori, that Resolution No. 73-37, approving Final Map and Improvement Plans for Tract 3187, be adopted.
