M~. Hirst stated the Agreement was a valid one and that sufficient time had <br />been provided for its review. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ted Slade, V.C~S.D. fireman, commented that the V.C.S.D. Firemen's Con- <br />tract had a different expiration date from the Cities of Livermore and Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar stated this is a step to expedite negotiations, determine a standard <br />situation, and reduce delays in the discussion process. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Mori, that Reso- <br />lution No. 73-36, approving the Joint Powers Agreement for Labor Relations Con- <br />solidated Bargaining, and authorizing the property City officials to execute the <br />Agreement, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />RepOrt of the Plannin~ Commission~ Re: Review of final plans ..for the Neighborhood <br />Park at Kottin~er VillaSe <br /> Mr. Castro presented the staff report regarding this matter, recommending approval <br />of the final plans for Kottinger Village Park. <br /> <br /> Councilman Herlihy asked if this plan had been reviewed by the Park and Recrea- <br />tion Commission. He was advised that it had not been. <br /> <br /> Mayor Reid declared this matter continued until after review and recommendation <br />by the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />Report of .the Park and Recrea.~.i.on Co.mmi.ssign~ R~.: Suggest Permanent Names for Two <br />Separate Park Sites <br /> This item was continued to the meeting of 3-19-73. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Report~ Re: Consideration and Status Report on Subdivision Maps .in the City <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the staff report regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Casuro reviewed his report regarding tentative maps which have expired as <br />follows: Fairlands Tract 3133; Willow West Tract 3298; Oakhill Tract 3102; and <br />Arroyo del Prado Tract 3375, and Willow West Tract 3298, which expires April 25, <br />1973. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell presented a report on Final Tract Map 3187, stating that all <br />fees and bonds have been submitted to the City. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Helen Robinson, 1312 Vintner Way, reiterated her feelings regarding any <br />tract map approval until after completion of the General Plan Review. <br /> <br /> Mr. David Madis, Attorney, representing H. C. Elliott, Inc., stated this <br />development would be phased to go along with the growth rate, and urged approval <br />of the final map. <br /> <br /> After consideration of the Environmental Impact Statement, it was moved by <br />Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Mori, that Resolution No. 73-37, <br />approving Final Map and Improvement Plans for Tract 3187, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Report~ Re: Youth Servi~es...C.ouncil <br /> This matter was continued to the meeting of 3-19-73. <br /> <br />Report~ Re: Application to hold .Country Jamboree at Fair~rounds <br /> This matter was continued to the meeting of 3-19-73. <br /> <br /> 6. 3/12/73 <br /> <br /> <br />
