It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, to waive <br /> the requirement of an Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Medical/Dental <br /> Suite at 1439 Cedarwood Lane, Dr. Ralph Juhl. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Environmental Impact Statement Determination, Re: Interim City Offices <br /> Mr. Castro presented the staff report regarding this matter, stating that this <br /> project should be dismissed from the Environmental Impact Statement requirement. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that the <br /> Environmental Impact Statement requirement on the City Offices, be waived. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Report of the Citizens Committee~ Commissions, and .s. taff~ Re: Growth Rate <br /> Mro Edgar presented reports of the Planning Commission, School District, <br /> Citizens General Plan Review Committee Subcommittee on Growth Rate, and the Hold- <br /> ing Capacity Committee of the Citizens General Plan Review Committee, but stated <br /> that more data needs to be collected before final recommendation is made. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar also presented a letter from the Chamber of Commerce, dated 3-7-73, <br /> requesting that this matter be continued in order that their report can be con- <br /> sidered in this growth rate determination. <br /> <br /> Mr. Castro reviewed the report of the Planning Commission regarding this <br />matter, which included conservation element, noise level studies, scenic highway <br />program, fire zones element, civil disaster program, traffic improvements, shop- <br />ping centers, parks, schools, recreation areas, etc. <br /> <br /> Mr. Castro displayed maps as follows: <br /> 1.
