Adoption of Resolution No. 73-6, accepting Grant Deed for Levine <br />Convalescent Hospital. <br /> <br />The roll <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />call vote was as follows: <br />Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Application of the City Planning Commission to extend the S (Study) <br />District for those properties included in Study District E, or more <br />commonly known as that prolert~ located between the Del Valle Parkway <br />and the Arroyo del Valle, or 0 days. <br />Mayor Reid declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br />Mr. Edgar stated that staff is requesting a continuance for 30 <br />days in order to complete the studies for this area. It is the <br />staff's feeling that this matter can be brought before the Council <br />at that time. Mr. Edgar further stated that adoption of an ordinance <br />extending this Study District for 30 days would be in order. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Kinney and seconded by Councilman <br />Herlihy that the public hearing on this matter be closed. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councl1men Herllhy, Klnney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Pearson, and seconded by Councilman <br />Kinney, that Ordinance No. 688, approving the extension of Study <br />District E for 30 days be adopted on an urgency basis. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councl1men Herlihy, Klnney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />A~plication of the City Planning Commission to extend the S (Study) <br />Dlstrict for those properties included in Study District D, or more <br />commonly known as those properties in and around the Mission Park <br />Area, for 90 days. <br />Mayor Reid declared the public hearing on this matter open. <br /> <br />Mr. Edgar presented the report on this matter from the Planning <br />Commission, which stated that at their meeting of December 12, 1972, <br />the Planning Commission continued Study District Area D for 90 days, <br />pending completion of the General Plan review by our consultants, <br />Livingston & Blayney.
