He presented the staff report, <br /> stating this was the preliminary PoU.D. plan and the first step in the process for <br /> approval of final plans. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harris presented the staff report regarding this matter, stating the Planning <br /> Commission had approved the concept and the specifics of the P.U.D., in regard to <br /> __ position of buildings, curb cuts, and types of land use. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jack Bras, 60 Mission Drive, representing the applicant, stated the prelim- <br /> inary plan was very broad and that detailed precise plans would be forthcoming as <br /> the second step.
