<br /> Mr~ Socb~ presented the staf'£ report regarding this matter, stating that Mr.
<br />Larry Masse, 3527 Vine Street, has :indicated his desire to enter into a Sewel~
<br />Facilities and Pre-Annexatlon Agreement in order that he would be able [o ~.onnect
<br />~o the sa~ita~y sewer system and abandon the septic tank now serving his resi-
<br />dence.. Mr. Messa's property is located in the unincorporated Remen tract, and
<br />four other properties in this unincorporated pocket have entered into similar
<br />agreements ~n recent years in order to be allowed to connect to the sanitary
<br />sewer system,

<br />Agreement be approved and the sewer connection authorized subject to ~he approval
<br />o~ the Regional Board, and the proper City officials be authorized to execute the
