Furthermore, the law provides a reasonable time within which to revise zoning to make it consistent with the General Plato It was under- stood that Willow-West was going to seek a rezoning in order to change some of the uses presently allowed at their site. Mr. Mike Hemp, 7551 Driftwood Way, expressed confusion regarding the Citizens General Plan Review Committee's input to the City Council. He felt their report should be considered as submitted and not changed, if the staff disagreed they should make their own report° The document is the result of many hours of hard work by meaningful people and should be given due consideration as presented. Mrl~ James Trimingham, Co-Chairman of the Citizens General Plan Review Committee, stated that ~he report submitted to the City Council was the consensus of the majority of members of the Committee. He stated it was his understanding the City staff was going to make their own report, and the points of difference between the reports would be made separately, and he urged the Council to be fully aware of the points of difference made by the General Plan Review Committee. It was moved by Councilman Herlihy, and seconded by Councilman Reid, that the public hearing be closed~ The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Reid, and Mayor Pearson NOES: None ABSENT: None After discussion, it was moved by Councilman Reid, and seconded by Councilman Mori, that Resolution Noo 73-192, a resolution tentatively adopting a revised General Plan for the City of Pleasanton, be adopted.
