<br />Resolution No. 74-138, establishing fees and charges for various municipal ser-
<br />vices of the City of Pleasanton and replacing Resolutions Nos. 71-23, 73-95,

<br />Mro Scheidig introduced John Bonn, Summer Intern, who will work on the City

<br />stating that it is requested that the City Council authorize the City Attorney's
<br />office to recodify the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, at a cost of
<br />under $5,000.00°

<br />Resolution Noo 74-139, authorizing the City Attorney to undertake a recodifica-
<br />tion of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, be adopted.

<br /> Mr. Scheidig stated that the contract with Kennedy Engineers had been previously
<br />approved.

<br /> With regard to the contract for engineering on Traffic Signal Projects,
<br />Councilman Philcox stated he felt that number 2 signal on the priority list
<br />should remain in that position or Be moved to priority number one because of
<br />the bad intersection at Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue.

<br /> Councilman Herlihy requested that a breakdown of hours be shown on reports
<br />regarding consultant contracts.
<br />
<br /> It was moved by Councilman Philcox, and seconded by Councilman Herlthy,
<br />approving the firm of Tammen, 3ohnson, Kinzel and Mimiaga, Consultants to
<br />Local Government, for engineering on traffic signal projects at Valley Avenue
<br />and Hopyard Road, and Hopyard Road at West las Positas Boulevard, and
<br />authorizing the Mayor to execute contract for services at a cost not to
<br />exceed $8,500000°
