Report~ Re: Cultural Arts Building Financing <br /> Mr. Bowling p~esented the staff report, dated June 21, 1974, regarding this <br />matter, stating that this item is informational only and no action is required. <br /> <br />Report of the Director of Engineering Services~ Re: Request for Septic Tank <br />approval for the Juhl propertX On Foothill Road <br /> Mr. Sooby presented the staff report, dated June 18, 1974, regarding this <br />matter, reconnnending that the applicant initiate and pursue to completion a <br />minor subdivision application in an attempt to legitimatize the subject parcel <br />of land to City code due to illegal lot split, and that the standard septic <br />tank agreement be approved by City Council at this time and be executed prior <br />to issuance of a building permit on this property. <br /> <br /> Mr. Scheidig advised that the question of the filing of a minor subdivision <br />map should be taken care of at the time of issuance of the building permit and <br />not at this time. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Philcox, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, <br />approving the application of Ralph Juhl for Septic Tank on a 2.1 acre parcel <br />of land above Foothill Road near Bernal Avenue. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Philcox, and Mayor Pro Tem Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilwoman LeClaire and Mayor Mori <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br />Mr. Edgar presented a report of the Recreation Superintendent, dated June 21, <br />1974, regarding Tennis Courts° <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented a memorandum of the Fire Chief, dated June 20, 1974, <br />regarding weed abatement. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented a memorandum of the Assistant City Manager, dated June <br />20, 1974, regarding certification of Water Department Employees. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented a letter from the County Administrator to the Board of <br />Supervisozs, dated June 20, 1974, regarding structural fire protection in the <br />Pleasanton area, stating that the residents of Stanley Blvd. voted against fire <br />protection for their area.
