It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that the following resolutions related to Assessment District No. 1974-5, be adopted: Resolution No. 74-118, Resolution Directing Filing of an Amended Engineer's Report and Amended Estimate of Cost Resolution No. 74-119, Resolution and Order Approving Amended Engtneerws Report, Ordering Construction of Improvements and Acquisitions and Confirming Assessment Resolution No. 74-120, Resolution Authorizing Changes in the Work to be Made by the Director of Public Works The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman Leelairs, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor Mori NOES: None ABSENT: None Mr. Scheidig stated that since no written protests had been received, a resolu- tion declaring no majority protests would not be necessary.
