PUBLIC HEARINGS Protest hearings related to the Proposed Improvements .and Acquisitions Re: Stone- .F.~dge Shopping Center: (1) Assessment District No. 2 -.Overpass~ (2) Assessment District No. 3 - Internal Public Improvements~ (3) Assessment District No. 4 - '~tonerid~e Drivei and (4) Assessment Dist'r'iCt No. 15 L Inter~al Public Improvements Mr. Edgar presented the report outlining the steps necessary to form Assessment Districts 1974-2, 3, 4 and 5, regarding the Stoneridge Shopping Center. He stated that the environmental assessment for these particular improvements had previously been forwarded to the City Council, and that in taking action tonight the Council should consider these documents in making its determination regardint the project. Mr. Scheidig stated that no written protests had been received regarding this matter. Mayor Mori declared the public hearing open~ No one in the audience spoke in favor or in opposition to this item. Mayor Mori declared the public hearing closed.
