He suggested a change in ~he wording in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Agreement that would be agreeable to his prO- posed tenant and lending institution for development Of this property. The item was continued to the meeting of May 29, 1974, for further study. PUBLIC HEARINGS Application of John and William Busch for an amendment to the General Plan to the city of Pleasanton 'for that 25.4 acres of land located immediately south of MobS' Avenue and East of the Southern Pacific Railroad ~racks Mr. Harris presented the staff report dated May"7, !~7~ and displayed map regard- ing this item. Mayor Mori declared the public hearing open. No one in the audience spoke in favor or in opposition to this item. Mayor Mori declared the public hearing open. Joseph Madden, 3851 Vineyard Avenue, owner of the property, stated he concurred with the staff report. No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Philcox, that Resolution No. 74-89, approving the application of Joseph Madden for an amendment to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton for those two parcels of land ing approximately 5 acres in size located between Santa Rite Road and the TasSaJara Canal, approximately 900 feet South of Highway 1-580, be adopted.
