<br /> Mayor Floyd Mori called the Regular Meeting of the city Council to order at
<br /> 8:00 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance ~0 the flag.

<br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George Called the roll ~hich ~ recorded as follows;
<br /> Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LoCiairs, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor
<br /> Mori, were present. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr, ~cheidig, City Attorney, Mr,
<br /> Campbell, Assistant CityManager/Director of Public Works, Mr. BoWling, Director
<br /> of Housing and Community Development, Mr. HarriS~ Director 9f Planning, Mr.
<br /> Caporusso, Recreation Superintendent, Mr. Miller and Mr. Wal~er, AsSistantS to
<br /> the City Manager, were present.

<br /> AGENDAAMENDMENTS
<br /> Mr. Edgar requested that an item be added to the Consent Calendar as item h -
<br /> Resolution supporting Senate Resolution 77 passed by the Californ~a State Senate
<br /> on February 6, 1974, relative to an investigation by ~he P.U.C, of the State of
<br /> California concerning the interconnection of miscellaneous customer provided
<br /> devices to the facilities of telephone utilities.
<br />
<br /> Mr. Edgar requested that item 5d - Application of ~he Planning Commission for
<br />
<br />by Stanley Blvd. r r h r de1 Valle on
<br />the South, and the City Limits on the East, be con~inu~ ~o the meeting of June
<br />24, 1974.
<br />
<br /> Mr. Edgar requested that item 11 - CommuniCa~ionS - [relentation bY Hank Cupples,
<br />be heard after the Consent Calendar, then cOn~inued to ~he meeting of May 29th, for
<br />further study.

<br /> It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, tha~ the
<br /> following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approVed as ~mended~

<br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes for April 22, 197~, April 29, 1974, and May 6,
<br /> 1974.

<br />b. Adoption of Resolution No. 74-84, approvtng Claims for the month of April, 1974,
<br /> in the amount of $306,703.76.
<br />
<br /> c. Approval of Grant Deed Easement for Public Utilities as shown on Parcel Map
<br /> 1349.
<br />
<br />d. Adoption of Resolution NO. 74-85, approval of authoriZatiOn for City Manager
<br /> to execute papers for Combination of Surplus Property over and u~er $2~500.00,
<br />
<br /> e. Proclaim Week of May 12-18, 1974, as National Transportation Week.

<br />f. Authorization to execute Quit Claim Deed (Pleesanton GreenS)

<br />g. Adoption of Resolution No. 74-86, resolution approvin~ ~zocedure Re: Federal
