A. Jenks Company and Patrick Gill, concurred <br />with the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Robert Pearson, 3590 Churchill Court, spoke regarding truck traffic in the <br />area and desired that trucks be restricted to E1 Charro Road from Mohr Avenue. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mori declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that <br />Resolution No. 74-90, approving the application of Patrick Gill for an amendment <br />to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton for that 11.1 acres of land located <br />immediately East of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks and approximately 680 <br />feet Northwest of the intersection of Mohr Avenue and Oakland Avenue, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Application of the Plannin~ Commission for an amendment to the General Plan of <br />C.~ty of Pleasanton for that area bounded by Stanley BlVd". ~n th~ North, M~inS"tr~t <br />09 the. West, the Arroyo del valle' On the South, apdtheC.i'~y Limits'On the'~st" <br /> Mayor Mori opened the public hearing and continued said'hearing ~o the meeting <br />of June 24, 1974, at 8:00 P.M., in the Justice Court. <br /> <br />Protest hearing related to the proposed .%~provements and acquisitions r.egarding, I <br />A.D. 1~74-1, FRothill Road, Stoneridge Center <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the report outlining the steps necessary to form Assessment <br />District 1974-1, regarding the Stoneridge Shopping Center, He stated that the <br />environmental assessment for this particular improvement had previously been for- <br />warded to the City Council, and that in taking action tonight the Council should <br />consider these documents in making its determination regarding the project. <br /> <br /> Mr. Scheidig stated that no written protests had been received regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mori declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Carolyn L. Plake, 5271 Forest Hill Drive, addressed the City Council re- <br />garding preservation of the Heritage Trees in this area. <br /> <br /> There being no one else indicating a desire to speak, Mayor Mort declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Philcox, that <br />the following resolutions related to this item, be adopted: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 74-91, resolution approving Amended Boundary Map. <br /> Resolution No. 74-92, resolution authorizing execution of amended agreement <br /> with Engineer of Work. <br /> Resolution No. 74-93, resolution directing filing of an amended engineer's <br /> report and amended estimate of cost. <br /> Resolution No. 74-94, resolution and order approving Amended Engineer's <br /> Report, ordering construction Of improvements and <br /> acquisitions and confirming assessment. <br /> Resolution No. 74-95, resolution authorizing changes in the work to be <br /> made by the Director of Public WorkS. <br /> <br /> 3. 5/13/74 <br /> <br /> <br />
