<br />that Resolution No~ 75-99, declaring Notice of Intent to issue Negative Environ-
<br />mental Declaration regarding Stoneridge Overcrossing, be adopted.

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember McLain,
<br />that Resolution No. 75-100, instructing the Redevelopment Agency to establish the
<br />West Las Positas Interchange as Number One priority in the Redevelopment Plan, be
<br />adopted~

<br /> Mayor Kinney ~ged any citizen who had questions regarding the Stoneridge
<br />Overcrossing to meet with City staff to clear up any problem they might have.

<br /> Mayor Kinney scheduled a Pleasanton Redevelopment Agency meeting, to be held
<br />at 7:30 P.M., onMay 27, 1975, at the Pleasanton Justice Court.

<br />R~quest of Morrison Homes for an Extension of time to purchase sewer and building
<br />permits
<br /> Mr~ Scheidig presented a report on this matter, and recommended approval of
<br />this time extension. He further stated that Council was legally obligated to
<br />extend the time limit based on the Judge's decision in the Morrison Homes' Suit.
<br />
<br /> Mr. John Griffin, representing Morrison Homes, requested a time extension to
<br />June 20, 1975, for sewer connection, and to August 22, 1975, for the purchase of
<br />building permits.
<br />
<br /> Mr. Chuck Seymour, 492 San Gabriel Court, voiced disapproval of any time
<br />extension to Morrison Homes°
<br />
<br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Philcox, and seconded by
<br />Councilmember McLain, that Resolution No. 75-101, approving an extension of 28
<br />days to June 20, 1975, for the purchase of sewer connections for 79 lots, and
<br />for building permits, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits, and the
<br />balance of the fees necessary to obtain a building permit to be paid on or
<br />before August 22, 1975, be adopted.

<br />Report of the Park and Recreation Commission~ Re: Renaming of Century Park
<br /> Mr. Edgar presented the report of the Park and Recreation Commission, dated
<br />April 25, 1975, regarding this matter°
<br />
<br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by
<br />Councilmember Philcox, that Resolution No. 75-102, approving the Park and
<br />Recreation Commission recommendation naming the grounds surrounding Century
<br />House, Bicentennial Park in commemoration of our country's two-hundredth
<br />birthday, and that the sign placed designating the park site read "Century
<br />House and Bicentennial Park", be adopted.
