<br />garding gas tax formula. Council instructed staff to respond to the Board of
<br />Supervisors urging them to retain the current gas tax formula.

<br /> Mr. Edgar presented Councilman Herlihy's memorandum regarding ABAG informa-
<br />tion on Land Use Laws as~presented by Paul Sedway, Land Planner, San Francisco,
<br />at the ABAG meeting of ~ebruary 20, 1975.

<br /> Mr. Edgar presented report related to Spheres of Influence prepared by the
<br />Local Agency Formation Commission.

<br /> It was moved by Councilwoman Leelairs, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy,
<br />that Resolution No. 75-68, calling a public hearing to be held on April 14, 1975,
<br />at the hour of 8:00 P.M., in the Justice Court Building, 30 West Angela Street,
<br />Pleasanton, to determine whether the public necessity, health, safety and wel-
<br />fare require the establishment of underground utilities district 75-1 on Santa
<br />Rita Road from the Arroyo del Valle to Western Pacific Railroad right-of-way,
<br />be adopted.
