He gave background information on F. Roger McLain and <br />Kenneth Mercer, the two names being considered for the vacancy. Mayor Kinney stated <br />that Mr. Mercer requested not to be considered for this position. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Philcox, that Resolu- <br />tion No. 75-66, appointing F. Roger McLain, to fill the unexpired term of S. Floyd <br />Mori on the City Council, said term to expire March, 1976, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote',was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilman Herlihy, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and <br /> Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Environmental Impact Report on Project Report for Interceptor Sewer Line to V.C.S.D. <br />(Contd. Open from 12-2-7.~., 1-.~0-.75, '1.,2.7-75L, ~nd 3-17-75) <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the staff report dated January 24, 1975, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney stated the public hearing had been opened on December 2, 1974, <br />and continued open from the meetings of January 20, 1975, January 27, 1975, and <br />March 17, 1975. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Philcox, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, to <br />close this matter, and authorize Pacific Environmental Laboratories (Kennedy <br />Engineers) to prepare the final Environmental Impact Report on the Project <br />Report for Interceptor Sewer Line to V.C.S.D. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilman Herlihy, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and <br /> Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Appeal of Richard Burke from a decision of the Desi.~n Review Board not to al,low <br />lp~o for the 7-11 Food Store to be located at 4305 Valley Avenue~ zonin~ for <br />'the property be,in~ C-N .(Cgmmercta~ Net~hb.~hoq. d) Di's~.rtct (Contd.
