<br /> SELECTION OF COUNCIL REPLACEMENT
<br /> Selection of new Council Member to replace Floyd Mori
<br /> Mayor Kinney described the activities and concern of the City Council regarding
<br />replacement of Floyd Mori. He gave background information on F. Roger McLain and
<br />Kenneth Mercer, the two names being considered for the vacancy. Mayor Kinney stated
<br />that Mr. Mercer requested not to be considered for this position.
<br />
<br /> It was moved by Mayor Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Philcox, that Resolu-
<br />tion No. 75-66, appointing F. Roger McLain, to fill the unexpired term of S. Floyd
<br />Mori on the City Council, said term to expire March, 1976, be adopted.
<br />The roll call vote',was as follows:

<br />Environmental Impact Report on Project Report for Interceptor Sewer Line to V.C.S.D.

<br /> Mr. Edgar presented the staff report dated January 24, 1975, regarding this
<br />matter.
<br />
<br /> Mayor Kinney stated the public hearing had been opened on December 2, 1974,
<br />and continued open from the meetings of January 20, 1975, January 27, 1975, and
<br />March 17, 1975.
<br />
<br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item.
<br />
<br /> Mayor Kinney declared the public hearing closed.
<br />
<br /> It was moved by Councilman Philcox, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, to
<br />close this matter, and authorize Pacific Environmental Laboratories (Kennedy
<br />Engineers) to prepare the final Environmental Impact Report on the Project
<br />Report for Interceptor Sewer Line to V.C.S.D.
