<br /> Deputy city Clerk Doris GeOrge called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br /> Councilman Herlihy, Councilwoman Letlairs, Councilman Philcox, and Hayor Kinney
<br /> were present. Mr. Edgar, City Manager', Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell,
<br /> Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works, Mr..Sooby, Director of Engineering
<br /> Services, and Mr. Walker, Assistant to. the City Manager, were present.

<br />' ~r. Edgar requested =hat Item 6b - Appeal of Richard Burgs from a decision of
<br />the Design Review Board not to allow logo for the 7-11 Food Store to be located at
<br />4305 Valley Avenue; zonin~ for the property bein~ C-N (Commercial Neighborhood)
<br />District,. be dismissed from the agenda because of its resolution by the Design
<br />Review Board on March 20, 197~.

<br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for March 10 and 17, 1975.

<br />b. Adoption of Resolufion Nol 75-60, approving Claims for the month Of February,
<br /> 1975, in the amount of $486,006.24.
<br />
<br />c. AdOption of Ordinance No. 755, amending SectiOn 2-7,21(1), Article 9, Chapter
<br /> 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to alloy nurseries
<br /> as a conditional use in the I-P (Industrial Park) District-.
<br />
<br />d. Adoption 'of Ordinance No. 757, amending Section 2-16.21, Article 2 (Water
<br /> Connection Fees), Chapter 9 (Water), Title II' (ZOning and Development). of
<br /> the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton relating to water' connection
<br /> charges.

<br /> e. Acceptance of report of the Planhind Commissi~ regarding action taken on ·
