269 <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mr. Edgar presented a memorandum of the Assistant to the CityManager-Walker, <br />dated January 17, 1975, regarding Sales Tax Revenue from Gravel Companies Agree- <br />ment. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented a memorandum of the Director of Housing and Community <br />Development, dated January 24, 1975, regarding World of Nation Pathway of Trees. <br />After discussion, staff was instructed to replant some trees along the Walkway <br />adjacent to Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented his memorandum dated January 22, 1975, regarding ACAP <br />Administering Representative, which designates Larry Miller as representative <br />and Bob Caporusso as his alternate. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented letter from Mrs. Joanne Hovda, 4811 Woodthrush Road, <br />and reply from the Director of Field Services, regarding drainage problem on <br />Mohr Avenue. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar stated that the California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />public hearing regarding Basin Plan will be held January 31 and February 1, 1975. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented correspondence from California Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board dated January 23, 1975, regarding monitoring at the Sunol Plant. <br />A draft letter was approved to be sent to Mr. Dterker from Mayor Mori requesting <br />to be on the March agenda. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Amendment to Envir.onmental Im?act Guidelines <br /> Mr. Scheidig presented his report dated January 22, 1975, regarding this <br />matter, stating that due to recent changes to the State Environmental Impact <br />Report Guidelines, it is necessary for the City Council to consider an amend- <br /> Cit ' <br />ment to the y s Environmental Impact Report Guidelines. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilwoman LeClatre, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, <br />that Resolution No. 75-22, establishing guidelines and procedures for the review <br />of projects by the Cityof Pleasanton and repealing Resolution No. 74-133, be <br />adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Legislation <br /> Mr. Scheidig presented the League of California Cities Legislative Bulletin <br />dated January 20,-1975. <br /> <br /> Council opposed AB-337 - Revenue Limits Would Replace Tax Rate Ceilings.
