Re: Assessment District No. 1974-10~ Peters Avenue Parking <br />Local Improvement District~ City of Pleasanton <br /> Mr. Bowling presented the staff report dated January 10, 1975, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that <br />Resolution No. 75-10, authorizing execution of agreement between the City of <br />Pleasanton and Gene Caldeira Grading and Paving, Inc., for work to be done and <br />approving bonds in Assessment District No. 1974-10, Peters Avenue Parking Local <br />Improvement District, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mr. Edgar presented his memorandum dated January 2, 1975, regarding new second <br />shift at Sewage Treatment Plant. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented memorandum of the Director of Public Works Field Services <br />regarding Monthly Report of Sewage Treatment Plant Operation, December, 1974. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented memorandum of the Assistant City Manager, dated January 6, <br />1975, regarding youth involvement in City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented copy of letter to Councilman Philcox from Hazel and Manny <br />Jacobs, 251 Kottinger Avenue #13, regarding high speed rates on Rotringer Avenue <br />at crosswalk. Council referred this matter to the Traffic Committee and Police <br />Department for review. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented his memorandum dated 3anuary 10, 1975, regarding Emergency <br />Job Program. <br /> <br /> Mro Edgar presented memorandum of the Director of Housing and Community <br />Development, dated January 10, 1975, regarding Central Business District Re- <br />vitalization. <br /> <br /> 5. 1/13/75 <br /> <br /> <br />
