King, <br />Maintenance Man II - Grade IV; Thomas R. Netton, Maintenance Man - Grade IV; <br />James F. Wilbur, Treatment Plant Operator I - Grade IV; Johnnie L. Jones, <br />Laborer - Grade IV; Arthur W. Moorehead, Maintenance Man II - Grade III; and <br />John B.
