485 <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Report of the Traffic Engineer, Re: ~ntersectton of Woodthrush and Crestline <br /> Mr. Campbell presented the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated June 15, 1976, regarding this matter for the information of the Council. <br />No action was required. <br /> <br />Report~ Re: Sewer Allocations at Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the report of the Assistant to thel~ityManager-Walker, <br />dated June 17, 1976, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, <br />that Resolution No. 76-149, approving staff recommendations regarding sewer permit <br />allocations to Sunol Treatment Plant related to the 15 DUE~s reserved for scattered <br />single family units as follows: (1) The three D.U.E connections reserved for <br />scattered single family units not taken out by June 21, 1976, continue to be <br />reserved for that purpose for an additional sixty (60) days. There still remain <br />vacant lots in completed residential areas and the problem of equitably allocating <br />only 3 D.UoE.'s to some other use would be quite difficult; (2) The time limit for <br />taking out building permits for the four sewer connections already purchased be <br />extended an additional sixty (60) days.
