487 <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer requested a status report regarding the study being <br />completed by Stone and Youngberg regarding the sewage system. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer stated that the Sewer Committee required up-dated <br />information on the proposed consolidation with V.CoS.D., to develop acceptable <br />alternatives for financing. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, <br />that Resolution Noo 76-151, authorizing Brow-hand Caldwell to initiate a study <br />of acceptable alternatives for financing for the Se~er Committee, at a cost of <br />$1,500.00 to be split between Pleasanton and VoC.S.D., be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: ~ouncilmember Brandes <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the Calendar for the Council's information. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pending Litigation <br /> Mayor Philcox recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 11:15 P.M. to <br />discuss potential litigation regarding Fallon House, and status of the Schlies <br />litigation. <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox reconvened the meeting at 12:15 A.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further businesa at 12:20 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on June 28, 1976. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
