Councilmember Herlihy stated that he felt that since certain City Ordinances regarding bicycles.lon sidewalks had no~ been completed and adopted he felt that the request for reviewing bid~ was prematu~e~ Mr~ Sooby indicated that the staff was working on necessary ordinance ~endmentso After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that Resolution No</76-143, awarding bid in the amount of $19,217.35 to H~ Jo ~eetz Construction Company, Inc/i, 4227 Pleasanton Avenue, for Hopyard Road Bike Path, State Project Noo 01-0012, and authorizing the appro- priate City officials to execute the contract, be adopted.
