<br />of Pleasanton by amending Subsection (b) relating to in Lieu Fees and by deleting
<br />Subsection (d) relating to Neighborhood Parks, be introduced.

<br />in the suit ~f Eldridge vs~ the City of Palo Alto, at no cost to the City of

<br /> Councilmember Brandes reported on the Planning Commission meeting, and stated
<br />that many items were being appealed to the City Council. He questioned the
<br />appeal fee as being insufficient to cover costs incurred by the City related to
<br />these matters°

<br /> Couacii discussion ensued, and staff was instructed to report back to Council
<br />with a fee comparison of other cities in the area regarding this matter.
