<br />changing "partisan political functions" to "any political activity"~ Council con-
<br />curred.

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember LeOlairs,
<br />that Resolution No. 76-129, approving Lease, as amended, of Old Fire Truck with
<br />Pleasanton Jaycees, and authorizing the appropriate City officials to execute the
<br />Lease, be adopted~

<br />Councilmember Brandes, that Resolution No. 76-130, approving the Parade Permit
<br />for the Firemen's Muster Parade on June 6, 1976, subject to conditions recom-
<br />mended by the Department of Public Safety; approving adjustment of the City
<br />Budget to cover City's estimated cost of $201o00 of the Parare; and requiring
<br />the Firemen's Association to pay the insurance premium of $450.00 to provide
<br />insurance coverage of $500,000° personal injury and $100,000. property damage,
<br />be adop~ed!~
