ARpeal of Mrs. Teri Jordan of a decision of the Planning. Stonedale Drive and...Ma~wood Drive) <br /> Mayor Philcox declared this item dismissed from the agenda, and stated a <br />correct appeal would be heard on June 14, 1976, 8:00 P~M., Pleasanton Council <br />Chambers, 30 West Angela Street~ <br /> <br />Appeal of the decision of the City Manager to file a Negative Declaration for <br />UP-76-11, an application for a Conditional Use Permit to construct and operate <br />a Service Station on the Northwest Corner of Hopyard Road and Johnson Industrial <br />Drive <br /> Councilmember Mercer requested to be excused from hearing this item because <br />of a moral conflict of interest in this particular matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Joe Schwab, 78A Mission Drive, representing the applicant, requested this <br />item be continued to the next meeting due to a confusion on the public hearing <br />notice date. He stated his client was not prepared to make a presentation tonight. <br /> <br /> Mr. William Hirst, 147 Bernal Avenue, representing Vernon Dickman, requested <br />the matter be heard tonight as further continuance might be detrimental to the <br />item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Scheidig stated that the City's Environmental Impact Report guidelines <br />required that an appeal be heard within 30 days after filing.
