He was advised it would be July or August, Mayor Philcox declared the public hearing open, Mrs. Michelle Mullet, 777 Concord Drive, stated she felt the appeal should be granted because it is a hardship case. She presented a drawing showing the pro- posed second driveway. Mr. Robert Muller, 777 Concord Drive, requested the appeal be granted because of traffic safety.
