Trees, White Poplar, <br /> located at 4011 Francisco Street <br /> Mayor Kinney declared the public hearing open on this item, and continued to <br /> the meeting of March 15, 1976, 8:00 P.M., 30 West Angela Street, at the request <br /> of the applicant. <br /> <br /> Application of the Plannin~ Commission to fezone approximately 32 acres located <br /> south of An~ela Street~ west of Miradot Driver. nprt~ of Pico Avenue~ and east of <br /> Whitin~ Streets from the S (Study) and R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential) Dis- <br /> tricts to the A (Agr.icultural) District ...... <br /> Mr. Harris presented his staff report dated February 18, 1976, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr. Leonard A. Sinclair, 589 East Angela Street, asked the purpose of the <br />rezoning.
