<br /> CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
<br /> Mayor Edward Kinney called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at
<br /> 8:30 P.M., and then led the Pledge. of Allegiance to the flag.
<br />
<br /> ROLL CALL
<br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br />Councilmembers Herlihy, LoCialto, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney were present.
<br />Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Assistant City
<br />Manager/Director of Public Works, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning, Mr. Sooby,
<br />Director of Engineering Services, were present.

<br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS
<br /> Mr. Edgar requested the following amendmonte be made to the agenda:
<br />
<br /> 1. Item 5a - Dismiss from agenda.
<br /> 2. Item 5b - Continue to March 15, 1976.
<br /> 3. Item 7c - Continue to March 15, 1976.
<br /> 4. Items lOa and b - Withdrawn.
<br /> 5. Item 10c - Add, Report, Re: Increase in Size of Housing Authority Board
<br /> to Seven Members.
<br /> Item 10d - Add, Report, Re: Morrison Homes Suit.
<br /> 6. Item 6a - Continue indefinitely, as requested by Councilmember Herlihy.

<br /> CONSENT CALENDAR
<br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy,
<br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved:
<br />
<br />a. Approval of City-Council Minutes for February 9, 1976.
<br />
<br />b. Acceptance of Report regarding action taken by the Planning Commission on
<br /> items at their meeting of February 11, 1976.
<br />
<br /> c. Adoption.of Ordinance No. 777, adding Section 4-1.36 to Article 1 (Solicitors),
<br /> Chapter 2 (Special Permits), Title IV (Health, Safety, Moral and General Wel-
<br /> fare), of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, relating to suspension
<br /> of solicitors permits during parades.
<br />
<br />d. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-36, approving Claims for the month of 3anuary,
<br /> 1976, in the amount of $376,868.05.
<br />
<br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-37, amending Resolution No. 76-17, pertaining
<br /> to appointment of Precinct Officers and Designating Polling Places.
<br />
<br />f. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-38, authorizing the City Clerk to canvass
<br /> Election results.
<br />
<br />g. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-39, approving Group Dental Insurance Policy
<br /> with Bankers Life Nebraska, and authorizing execution of the Plan.
<br />
<br />h. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-40, acceptance of Public Improvements, Tract
<br /> 3062, Pleasanton Valley, Unit No. 15.

<br />t. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-41, acceptance of Public Improvements, Tract
<br /> 3364, Pleasanton Valley, Unit No. 18.

<br />J. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-43, approval of Final Subdivision Map for
