After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Philcox, and seconded by Councilmember McLain, that Resolution No. 75-6, approving the request of Chris Beratlis, 425 Main Street, for authorization to remove a Heritage Tree, a 15-inch diameter Acacia Tree, from the north side of Angela Street, approxlmately 125 feet west of Main Street, to allow construction of access to the parking lot for a new commercial building to be constructed, be adopted.
